THE BENEFITS OF A TEMPORARY DOWNPIPE

The Proguard Temporary Downpipe can help protect stone facades, brick elevations, woodwork and other surfaces during construction. It is a simple and effective means of providing temporary downpipes on incomplete guttering systems so work such as rendering, pointing or painting can still be carried out beneath. The adequate drainage that a temporary downpipe provides from the gutters above prevents any water damage to new brickwork, stonework etc.

Our temporary downpipe is made from heavy-duty, flexible polythene and this product can be fixed with cable ties or jubilee clips so people can carry on with their working day without having to worry about their work being damaged by rainwater. The temporary downpipes are also suitable for all types of guttering so you can use this product on lots of different sites. Proguard polythene downpipe comes in two widths of 150mm (maximum downpipe diameter 95mm) or 300mm (maximum downpipe diameter 190mm) to fit varying widths of downpipe. This product can be fixed with cable ties or jubilee clips.
